Only empty cartridges in good condition are selected for the re-manufacturing process. Unacceptable cartridges and parts are sent off for further recycling.

The empty cartridges are dismantled and cleaned. Major components are re-qualified or replaced as required.

The re-manufactured cartridge is then tested for print quality.
